Learn how to cook "Mushroom soup with potatoes and yellow cheese in a bread bowl". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 400 grams of fresh or frozen mushrooms (you can use a mix of duck leg and mushrooms)
  • 400 grams of potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 500 milliliters of sour cream
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 rye cakes (mixed with yeast)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • oil

Method of preparation :

Cut the top parts of the four rye round loaves (they will serve as lids), carve the soft inside, being careful not to damage the crusts (do not leave them too thin).

Place them for 10-15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees to dry.

Mix the oil and the crushed garlic, then use this combination to spread on the inside of the loaves and lids.

Cut the peeled potatoes into small pieces, fill them with water and boil.

Fry the mushrooms together with the onion in fat. Add to the potatoes, season and leave the mixture on the hob until the products are ready.

Drain the broth, but do not throw it away, but turn it into ice cubes to use in the next dish.

Beat the potatoes with the mushrooms in a blender and return the porridge to the pan. Pour the cream and heat the mixture very well, and in no case should it allow it to boil.

Distribute the finished soup in rye bowls, sprinkle with grated cheese and decorate with whole mushrooms.

Close with bread caps and serve.

The soup is so delicious that there will be nothing left of it, even the bowls :).
