Mushroom soup with sausage balls from Bai Danya's kitchen.

Products:

1. Half a kilo of minced meat for New York sausages, spicy

2. A variety of mushrooms

3. Arpajik, carrots, lime bean

4. Two handfuls of rice

5. Salt, pepper, paprika, parsley

We take wonderful-wild forest mushrooms, possibly non-poisonous. We chop the miraculous mushrooms, hoping for non-poisonous mushrooms, and swell them in the pot, where we have already put the minced meatballs to cook over low heat.

Add equal parts arpadzhik, carrots, and lime beans (or as they say there in Bulgarian). In this case frozen, because it's easier :)

Boil until we decide that everything is cooked, and then add a lot of rice. Boil for another 10 minutes and remove the pan from the heat. Add black pepper and parsley. Peel a parsley for 10-15 minutes to simmer, and then start munching.
