Necessary products:
chicken wings
1 carrot
1/2 celery root
1 onion
potatoes
noodles
200 grams of mushrooms
80 grams of canned green peas
Bay leaf
Black pepper grains
oil
Method of preparation:
Pour 3 liters of water into a saucepan and put the wings in it. Put the bay leaf and a few grains of black pepper. While the broth is boiling, peel the onions, carrots and potatoes. Cut onions into small cubes, celery into straws, mushrooms into tiles, and grate carrots. Fry the carrots with the onions until golden, add the mushrooms and leave on the stove for a few more minutes. Cut the potatoes and put in the broth (we use only the broth, without the wings) to boil until ready. Then add the noodles. 5 minutes before the noodles are completely ready, add the vegetables and mushrooms. Add the peas. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
