Cut off the legs of the mushrooms and salt the inside of the caps, sprinkle with black pepper and sprinkle with olive oil.
Mix the finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, fresh green spices and garlic with the grated mozzarella.
Wrap the mushrooms with thin strips of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
Distribute the filling in the caps and bake them for a quarter of an hour at 200 degrees.
Sprinkle with chopped green spices of your choice and serve.
