Required products :
- 300 grams of large mushrooms
- 120 grams of yellow cheese
- 120 grams of sour cream with 20% fat
- spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the mushrooms into medium-thick tiles, without removing the caps from the legs beforehand.
Grate the yellow cheese with a coarse grater.
Fry the mushrooms until golden (about 10-12 minutes), then add the cream and stir until the liquid evaporates.
Then pour the yellow cheese into the mushroom bowl and stir vigorously so that it melts.
Once the sauce acquires a uniform consistency and covers the mushrooms, the dish is ready.
Pour it into a plate and serve.
