Required products :

500 grams small mushrooms
1 bunch dill
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
4 tablespoons olive oil
7 grains allspice
5 grains black pepper
5 grains cloves
3 bay leaves
1 teaspoon sugar
1.5 - 2 teaspoons salt

Method of preparation :

Put the mushrooms in a suitable container. To them add finely chopped garlic, allspice, cloves and black pepper, bay leaves. Pour olive oil and vinegar, add sugar, salt and mix everything.
Put the pan on medium heat and bring the liquid to a boil. When this happens, reduce the temperature to a minimum and let the mushrooms cook for 15 minutes under a lid.
Once removed from the heat, try to taste and add extra salt if necessary.
Sprinkle the mushrooms with chopped dill, leave to cool, put in jars and refrigerate for 3 hours.
