Required products :
400 grams of fresh mushrooms
150 milliliters of tomato juice or 100 grams of tomato sauce
2 onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons vegeta or other spice
1 teaspoon paprika
Method of preparation :
Peel an onion, cut it into small cubes or semicircles, cut the mushrooms into large pieces.
Heat olive oil and fry onion until golden. Add the mushrooms and simmer on low heat in their own juice for about 10 minutes.
Then add the spices, tomato juice (or sauce) and let the dish simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring further. If you think that the remaining liquid is a lot, you can add a spoonful of flour.
This mushroom garnish is an ideal addition to rice, buckwheat, pasta, and also to meat.
