Method of preparation :
Cut the mushrooms into 2 or 4 parts (depending on the size), the peppers - into strips.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan and fry onions, garlic, mushrooms and peppers in it.
Then pour the wine and add the tomatoes and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Let the dish simmer for a few minutes in the sauce and remove from the heat.
Serve hot, sprinkled with oregano.
