Required products :

  • 150 grams of midi
  • 1 potato
  • 50 grams of beans
  • tiny carrot
  • 30-40 grams of butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons grated parsley root
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • other spices and salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the mussels in a little water until they dissolve. Separate the meat from the shells, cut it and fry with onions and carrots.

Boil the beans until ready. Add diced potatoes to the boiling broth. After 15 minutes, pour the beans together with the decoction, add the mussels and vegetables.

Once the soup is cooked, season to taste and you can serve with crushed garlic.
