Necessary products:

 

  • cake press (mussels or nuts)
  • 55 grams of instant porridge
  • 1 stalk of leek, finely chopped
  • 40 grams of butter
  • 80 milliliters of buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 40 grams of grated cheddar
  • 20 grams of chopped chives
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg

 

Method of preparation:

 

Melt the butter in a pan, add the chopped leeks, fry until soft, pour the buttermilk, pour and puree in a blender. In another bowl, place the porridge, flour, baking soda, cheddar, onion, salt, pepper and egg.
