How To Cook Mussels With Cherry Tomatoes, Thyme And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Mussels with cherry tomatoes, thyme and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green onion stalks, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 kg of fresh mussels, rinsed and drained
  • 1 bunch fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons cherry tomatoes
  • salt and freshly crushed black pepper

Method of preparation :

  • Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add onion and garlic and saute for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the mussels, thyme, white wine, chicken broth and tomatoes.
  • Stir, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat, mix well and remove the mussels whose shells have not opened.
  • Season with salt and freshly crushed black pepper.
  • Serve them warm, garnished with cherry tomatoes and thyme.
