How To Cook Mussels With Tomato Sauce And Ginger Paste - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 kg of mussels
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons ginger paste with garlic
  • 4 stalks of chives - chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Fry cumin seeds in hot oil for 1 minute. Add the ginger paste and garlic and simmer for another minute.

Add both onions and fry until browned.

Add the tomatoes and close the bowl. Cook until soft and turn into a sauce.

Put the mussels and stew until ready. Add salt to taste, season with garam masala and coriander leaves, stir.

Serve with boiled rice.
