Required products :

800 milliliters of fresh milk
50 grams butter
6 egg yolks
4 tablespoons flour
200 grams sugar
1 teaspoon cognac
10 grams vanilla sugar

 

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour into a bowl, add the sugar (and vanilla), stir. Beat the yolks with the warm milk, then pour the mixture into the flour bowl. Put on low heat and heat as much as possible without allowing the combination to boil. You need to stir constantly until the cream thickens.
When removed from the heat, allow to cool and add the butter, cognac and beat with a mixer for about 2-3 minutes.
You can now use it to make a delicious Napoleon cake.
