How To Cook Napoleon Salty Cake With Ham, Pineapple, Garlic And Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of cheese with mold
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams of canned pineapple
  • 100 milliliters of liquid cream (fat content 22%)
  • 200 grams of ham
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 750 grams of ready puff pastry
  • 80 grams of walnuts

Method of preparation :

Allow the dough to thaw at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then roll out thinly on a floured surface.

Shape the edges to make them flat, cut 4 equal squares. Pierce them in several places with a fork, spread with beaten egg and bake three of the tops until golden (about 15 minutes) in the oven, which you have previously heated. Bake the fourth until dry.

Make the filling by whipping the cheese with the cream and add the crushed garlic. First cut the ham and pineapple into pieces and then pour over the other products. Pour in the coarsely ground walnuts.

Assemble the cake by arranging the three marshes on top of each other, smearing each of them with the aromatic filling.

Then cover the walls and the surface of the cake with it.

Crush the dry loaf and sprinkle it on all sides of the cake.

Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
