Required products :
2 teaspoons ground natural coffee
100 milliliters of water at room temperature
50 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of about 10%
50 grams of cream cheese with good quality
1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar a
pinch of salt
Preparation :
Put the ground coffee in water (at room temperature), add a pinch of salt, stir and boil over very low heat in a pot until foam forms on the surface of the liquid.
When this happens, remove the pan from the heat, wait for the foam to drop and return to the heat. Do the procedure twice more. Remove from the heat, add 1 teaspoon of cold water and close the pot with a saucer for a minute.
Pour the cream into a suitable container and heat without allowing it to boil. Add powdered sugar and cream cheese. Use a blender to break all the products (10 seconds at high speed), mix with the coffee and the drink is ready.
Serve in a warm glass.
