Use natural dyes to create beautiful colors to decorate cookies.

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar + more if needed
  • 1 tablespoon dry egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon light corn syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (or almond)

For painting:

  • natural liquid paint
  • fruit concentrate

Method of preparation :

Stir in the powdered sugar, dried egg whites, water, corn syrup, vanilla extract (or almond) and a few drops of liquid food coloring, if using, until smooth.

If you want to color the glaze with fruit concentrate, do not add water, but mix the dry ingredients with 2-4 tablespoons of it.

Add cranberry juice for pink, orange juice for pale orange or grape juice for pastel purple.

Fill the icing in a bag and decorate on biscuits, cake or other confectionery.
