Required products :

  • 4 teaspoons flour
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 380 milliliters of water

Method of preparation :

Combine the flour with the salt and yeast. Add the water and knead a pliable dough.

Cover the dough with foil and leave it to rise for 8-12 hours at room temperature.

The next day, divide the dough into 4 balls.

Put them in separate zippered bags and leave them in the refrigerator for another 2 to 4 days to rise.

Before using for pizza tops, leave them for 2 hours at room temperature.
