Required products :

8 medium nectarines
10 large yellow plums
1 large grape (large grapes without seeds)
1 small lemon
250 grams sugar
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 stars anise
3 cloves

The indicated quantities for making 1 three-liter jar of compote.

Method of preparation :

Cut the nectarines and plums in half, remove the stones. Put the fruit in the prepared sterilized three-liter jar and add the grapes.
Peel a lemon, carefully remove the white part under it and cut the citrus into circles, which you put in the jar. Add the anise, cloves and sprinkle with vinegar.
Pour the sugar into 1.3 liters of water and place on the stove. Once the liquid boils, let it boil for 5 minutes and remove from the heat. Pour the boiling syrup over the fruit and place a lid on the opening of the dish, but do not close. Put the dish in boiling water and pasteurize for 40 minutes. Then close the jar and turn it upside down until the compote cools.
