Necessary products:

100 grams of white bread

150 ml of milk

1 carrot

500 grams of minced meat

1 onion

6 eggs

oil

salt to taste

a mixture of different types of pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Soak the bread in the milk. In a deep bowl put the minced meat, finely chopped onions, grated carrots, eggs. Squeeze the bread lightly, add it as well. Season with salt and pepper. Mix all the products and form nests from the resulting mixture. Arrange them in a greased baking dish and leave in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Remove the almost finished nests and dig with a spoon. Beat one egg in each nest, add a little salt and return to the oven for 10 minutes.
