Necessary products:

700 grams of chicken fillet

350 grams of minced meat (beef or veal)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tsp tomato puree

1 onion

4 cloves garlic

salt to taste

30 ml low-fat cream or fresh milk

2 tomatoes

50 grams of hard yellow cheese

freshly ground black pepper to taste

spices to taste

1 tsp honey

1 egg

1 s. l. flour

breadcrumbs

Method of preparation:

Make the marinade from soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, tomato paste, honey and black pepper. Pour it into a plastic bag, put the fillet, tie, shake well to distribute evenly over the meat and leave in the refrigerator until morning.

Cut the fillet into equal pieces. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Then add the grated onion, crushed garlic and cream. Stir well.

Add the egg and flour to the already marinated and sliced fillet, stir and refrigerate for about 15 minutes. During this time, form round flat meatballs from the minced meat, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry for literally a minute on each side in very hot fat.

Cut squares of foil, depending on the size of the meatballs (for example, 15x15 cm). Grease the foil with oil and put 1 meatball in each piece of it. Shape the foil as a nest or "bed" for the meatball. In this way, the juice that will be released during the roasting of the meat will be preserved, the meatballs will be prepared in it and they will be juicy and soft. To "glue" the fillet on each of the meatballs, put a piece of cheese on them. Then arrange the chicken. You should put a circle of tomato (be sure to salt it). Grate yellow cheese in bulk and sprinkle. Put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

After the meatballs are baked, carefully remove the foil. At the bottom of the "nests" remains a little sauce, you can use it to make spaghetti sauce, for example.

The result is a tasty and filling dish, and dietary: without a lot of fat, without pork, without mayonnaise. There is only yellow cheese, but it is not much.

Enjoy your meal!
