Mix the minced meat with the chopped onion and parsley, add the bread soaked in milk, season with salt and pepper. Form 4 balls of minced meat, make a recess in each of them, which put 1/2 egg with the cut part down. Arrange them in a tray.
Next is the sauce. Fry the flour in the oil, add the tomato sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper to taste. Pour the resulting combination over the "nests" and bake them in the oven for 25-30 minutes. You can sprinkle with chopped parsley.
