How To Cook Nettle And Potato Soup With Peas And Processed Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Nettle and potato soup with peas and melted cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 1/2 liters of water
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 bunches of young nettles
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 2-3 tablespoons melted cheese (soft)
  • salt to taste
  • cooked meat to serve (optional)

 

Method of preparation :

Wash and finely chop the nettle leaves. Peel carrots, potatoes and onions. Saturate carrots and onions and pour into a saucepan with water to boil along with whole potatoes. When the potatoes are ready, take them out, mash and return to the dish.

Then add the peas, nettles and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the melted cheese, add salt, cook for a minute and turn off the stove.

If desired, you can add a little boiled and shredded meat in each serving.
