Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 10 grams of sea salt
  • 15 grams of sugar
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2-3 tablespoons of milk
  • 375 grams of unsalted butter

 

for the stuffing

 

  • 300 grams of scalded fresh nettle
  • 1 bunch fresh onions
  • 200 grams of marinated mushrooms
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • link fresh mint
  • olive oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 50 grams of pine nuts

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour the flour into a bowl and add salt, sugar and butter. Beat the yolks with the milk and combine the two mixtures. Make a crumbly dough, wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.

Roll out the crust, place it on a pie tin and remove the unnecessary edges. Heat olive oil and fry finely chopped onions, mint and nettles. Stir and season with salt, pepper and sour cream.

Add the mushrooms, beaten eggs and let the mixture cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes. Cool it, spread it on the dough crust and sprinkle with pine nuts. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake until done. Cut, pour the pie into portions and serve.
