Learn how to cook "Nettle salad with boiled eggs and sour cream". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
600 grams of nettle
4 eggs
100 grams of sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
salt
Method of preparation :
Wash and cut the nettle leaves. Put them in boiling water for 5 minutes (not more), then pour into a colander or sieve to drain the liquid well.
When the nettle has cooled, sprinkle with lemon juice or vinegar and place on a plate.
Boil the eggs hard, cut them into pieces when they have cooled enough to peel.
Arrange around the nettles.
Season the salad with salt and sour cream.
