Required products :

  • 350 grams of flour
  • 150 grams of sour cream
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • thick syrup with red color of your choice or suitable jam
  • milk chocolate
  • blueberries from jam
  • ready-made chocolate cupcakes

Method of preparation :

Add the vanilla and plain sugar to the softened butter and mix thoroughly until smooth. Then add the cream, sifted flour and baking powder and knead the dough. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
When you take it out, roll out a layer 1 cm (or 1.5 cm) thick and cut an equal number of circles with two different diameters. Bake them in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees (for the smaller ones it will take a shorter time, so be careful not to burn them).

Next is the shaping of the delicious monkeys.

Melt the chocolate, with its help you will blind all the elements.

Baked larger cookies will serve for the muzzles, and from the smaller ones make the ears by cutting them in two parts. For the eyes, use blueberries and smile at the monkeys with the red syrup.

Bon appetit, healthy and happy New Year!
