Required products :

  • 2 carrots
  • 6 eggs
  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 red pickled pepper
  • 1 apple
  • 1 onion
  • 2 pickles
  • green peas
  • left
  • mayonnaise

Method of preparation :

Peel the carrots and potatoes. Boil the vegetables or boil them in a saucepan with a little salted water. Once cooked, remove to a plate and allow to cool to room temperature. Cut pickles, carrots and potatoes into cubes. Put in a salad bowl, add green peas.

Peel an apple, grate it and grate it. Add the vegetables. Add salt, mayonnaise, stir and smooth the surface with a spoon (to be flat). It is important that the salad bowl has a flat bottom and a cylindrical shape.

Turn the salad bowl with the contents, which is tightly pressed, in a flat plate.

Boil the eggs hard, leave them to cool in cold water and peel. Cut each of them lengthwise into two halves, remove the yolks and grate them on a fine grater. Arrange the egg whites on a plate so that they form a circle (place them with the convex side up). Sprinkle the grated egg yolks in the middle.

From the red pepper cut arrows (the goal is to make a clock) and ribbons for Roman numerals. You can smear the eggs with mayonnaise, which will serve as a "glue" to fix the numbers. "Check the time" - should show 23:55.

The salad is ready. Enjoy your meal!
