Required products :

  • 150 grams of pasta (spiral)
  • 150 grams of canned tuna
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • a handful of green beans
  • a handful of pitted olives
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 egg
  • handful of lettuce leaves
  • 5 spring onions (can be replaced with green onions)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • 2/3 teaspoon sea salt

Method of preparation :

Pour the pasta in boiling salted water and cook until semi-finished. Add the green beans and a few minutes later remove the pan from the heat. Using a colander, drain the water, keeping 2-3 tablespoons of it.

Cut cherry tomatoes and olives in four. Squeeze 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Mix tuna (without canned liquid) with 2 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice, season with pepper, salt, add tomatoes, olives and mix everything.

Boil 500 milliliters of water, pour vinegar into it, make a small "whirlpool" with a wire for beating eggs and beat the egg in the formed "funnel". Reduce the heat and cook the egg for 2-3 minutes, then remove it on paper with a slotted spoon.

Add the hot pasta and green beans to the fish with tomatoes and olives. Stir and sprinkle with chopped onions.

Put the shredded lettuce leaves in a plate, on them the pasta with fish and other products. Sprinkle with olive oil and put the egg on top, which you break slightly with a fork.

Have a good time!
