Required products :

1 liter of pomegranate juice (you can use grape)

honey to taste

1 orange

1 teaspoon dried ginger

1 teaspoon freshly grated cinnamon

2 - 3 grains of cardamom

4 - 5 cloves

 

Method of preparation :

Heat the juice in an enamel bowl to 60 - 80 degrees. Add the grated ginger and the remaining spices. Stir constantly for 5 minutes and do not allow the liquid to boil. Then pour the orange juice or finely chop the citrus and pour it into the bowl.

Reheat, stir and remove the drink from the heat. Cover with a lid and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes. Honey can put last.
