How To Cook Noodles With Rice, Mushrooms, Garlic, Onions And Wine - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 teaspoon basmati rice
  • 1 teaspoon noodles
  • olive oil for frying
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 100 grams of sour cream
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 head of milk garlic
  • salt, pepper
  • 70 milliliters of white wine
  • half a bunch of fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onion cut into crescents. Add whole garlic cloves, chopped mushrooms and add turmeric.

Season with salt, garlic, finely chopped parsley and add the rice and noodles. Pour about 600 milliliters of water, wine and simmer on low heat.

Stir periodically and after the liquid is absorbed, season with sour cream. Remove from the heat, pour in portions and serve warm.
