Required products :
200 grams of walnuts
2 teaspoons chicken broth
2 onions
2 - 3 yolks
3 tablespoons coriander (if you prefer, you can parsley)
3 - 4 cloves of garlic
1/4 teaspoon wine vinegar
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Crush the walnuts together with the coriander, garlic and salt. Gradually add the wine vinegar, then the chicken broth and chopped onion. Let everything boil for 10 minutes.
Beat the yolks and add a few spoonfuls of the sauce, but it should be cold. Gradually pour the mixture into the sauce, stirring constantly (eggs should not cross).
You can now serve it with chicken or turkey.
