Required products :

15 dates
4 tablespoons oatmeal
2 tablespoons coconut shavings
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
a pinch of vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom, cinnamon or grated nutmeg
30 milliliters of espresso

coconut shavings, cocoa powder, ground almonds or walnuts for rolling truffles

Method of preparation :

Peel the dates. Mix the fruit with the oats, coconut shavings and butter, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa, a pinch of vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Pour the coffee and grind everything with a blender until a homogeneous mixture, which is stored for 10 minutes in the refrigerator to harden.
Then form 15-20 truffles from it and roll them in coconut shavings, ground nuts or cocoa.
