How To Cook Oatmeal Cake With Condensed Milk, Chocolate And Nuts - Recipe

Necessary products:

1 cup fine oatmeal

1 teaspoon flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

70 grams of sugar

100 grams of melted butter

1/3 tea cup cream or milk

0.5 teaspoon condensed milk with sugar

75 grams of ground almonds

50 grams of walnuts, cut into large pieces

50 grams of dried cranberries

100 grams of dark chocolate

Method of preparation:

Mix the oatmeal, milk, sugar, butter, flour and baking powder. Pour the dough into a tray lined with baking paper and level the surface with wet hands or with a spatula. Spoon the condensed milk over the dough. Sprinkle with ground almonds, crushed chocolate, walnuts and cranberries.

Bake in an oven preheated to 175-180 degrees for about 35 minutes. 25 minutes after the start of baking, cover the cake with foil so as not to burn on top.

Leave the finished cake to cool and carefully cut (the dough is crumbly) into pieces.
