3 tablespoons brown sugar (maybe white)

1 egg

lemon juice

olive oil

a little salt

Method of preparation :

Divide the oatmeal into two parts. Grind one with a blender until you get a "flour" and mix it with the unground. Pour two tea cups of hot water and leave for 10 minutes.

Sift the flour, add salt, sugar and baking powder.

In a large bowl, mix the milk, cottage cheese and egg, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, a little freshly squeezed lemon juice and grated lemon peel. Then add the flour and oatmeal. Allow the mixture to stand for 20 minutes.

Coat the bottom of the pan with olive oil and spread the dough, forming equal loaves. Close the pan with a lid and bake them on both sides for a few minutes (until ready).
