Necessary products:

  • 180 grams of oat flakes
  • 50 grams of vegetable oil
  • 80 grams of sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp ginger (ground)
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves (ground)
  • nutmeg on the tip of a knife
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4-5 tablespoons water
  • 100 grams of flour

Method of preparation:

Grind the oat flakes. Mix the vegetable oil with the sugar, salt, spices and stir. Then add the soda quenched in the lemon juice, stir and add the ground flakes. It's time for the water and the flour - add them and mix again very well.

Form walnut-sized balls, flatten them and arrange in a tray lined with baking paper.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees until the desired color.
