Required products :

  • 230 grams of unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1/4 tea cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tea cup of honey
  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup finely ground hazelnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tea cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped in bulk

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Beat the butter with the sugar with a mixer on medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  • Add the eggs one by one, beating the mixture with the mixer after each one.
  • Add honey and vanilla extract and stir until combined with the other ingredients.
  • Add the ground hazelnuts, flour, baking soda and salt. Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula.
  • Sprinkle with oatmeal and coarsely chopped hazelnuts and stir again to distribute evenly.
  • Grease and cover the bottom of a large pan with baking paper.
  • Scoop up 1 tablespoon of the mixture, pour it into the pan and shape the cookie.
  • Repeat with the remaining "dough" until you fill the free space, leaving about 1.5 centimeters between the biscuits.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow the oatmeal cookies to cool slightly before serving.

Note!

If you want to bake cookies with the right round shape, use a cake tin .
