Required products :

  • 80 grams of prunes
  • 65 grams of walnuts
  • 2 tea cups oatmeal
  • honey to taste
  • 2 tablespoons water

 

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the prunes, crush the walnuts, bake the oats for 5 minutes in a dry pan.

Mix the prepared products and pour a little boiled hot water (first one tablespoon, then another). The mixture should become moist, thick and sticky, but not wet. Sweeten with honey and mix well.

Pour the dough into a pan greased with olive oil, level the surface, pressing the mixture to the bottom of the dish. The combination should have a thick consistency, if this is not the case, add more oatmeal.

Place the pan on a hot plate. Bake on both sides (7-10 minutes each) until golden brown. The dessert should become even thicker, but be careful not to burn it.

Submit it chilled.
