Required products :

  • 40 grams of oatmeal
  • 2 small bananas (100 grams each)
  • 100 grams of dried apricots
  • 50 grams of sunflower seeds (raw and peeled)
  • 1 tablespoon candied honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method of preparation :

Mix the oatmeal and sunflower seeds in a dry pan and dry them for 5 minutes on the stove over low heat, stirring.

When cool, grind them together with the dried apricots. Add a spoonful of candied honey and lemon juice to the resulting fine crumbs. Beat once more to obtain a sticky mass that should not remain on the hands.

Spread it on a sheet of stretch film and roll out. If the "dough" sticks to the rolling pin, add some more oatmeal or roll out between two layers of foil.

Align the edges using a silicone spatula.

On top of the fruit and oat base, place the two small bananas that you have previously peeled and cut off.

Form a roll by wrapping the bananas with the "dough". Put the dessert in the refrigerator overnight. If you do not have that much time, put the sweetness for 2-3 hours in the chamber or freezer.

Once the roll is firm, cut it into pieces and serve with tea or coffee.

Enjoy!
