Necessary products:
2 small apples
1 pear
1/2 cup wild cranberries
4.5 tablespoons sugar
100 milliliters of water
3 tablespoons butter + 0.5 tsp
1 cup oatmeal
300 grams of plain yogurt
Method of preparation:
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a suitable bowl, add the oatmeal and half of the sugar, leave on medium heat, stirring until golden brown. Remove from the heat to cool.
Cut apples and pears in half. Put 1 teaspoon of butter in a saucepan and add the fruit, pour the blueberries on them, followed by the remaining sugar and water. Close the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on high heat. Then reduce the temperature and let everything simmer for 15 minutes (until the fruit softens). Remove from the heat.
Take suitable tall glasses and distribute the fruits, oatmeal and milk in them, alternating them. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
