Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 400 grams of coconut milk
  • 1 cup fine oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated
  • pinch of salt

For garnish :

  • toasted coconut flakes
  • toasted pumpkin seeds
  • pomegranate seeds

Method of preparation :

  • Heat the water and coconut milk in a saucepan over high heat until the mixture boils.
  • Add the oatmeal, grated ginger and salt. Stir and reduce the heat.
  • Cook for 20-30 minutes until creamy or until the oats are completely cooked.
  • Divide the oatmeal into bowls and garnish with toasted coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds and pomegranate.
  • Serve with a smile!
