Required products :

40 grams of oatmeal
100 milliliters of water
130 milliliters of fresh milk
10 grams of raisins
50 grams of creme brulee
4 grams of honey crumbs (crush gingerbread)
salt and sugar to taste

For the cream:

600 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 30%
6 egg yolks
8 tablespoons
vanilla sugar

Method of preparation :

First make the creme brulee. Beat the yolks with 4 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla using a mixer. A thick light foam should be obtained.
Pour the cream into a saucepan and place on the stove to heat. Just before it boils, remove from the heat and add a little of it to the yolks. Stir.
Gradually pour in the remaining cream, beating with a mixer or wire whisk.
Then place the container in a water bath and heat the contents until it thickens (stir). The mixture is ready when it stops flowing on the spoon.
Then remove from the heat and distribute it in suitable bowls, which are placed in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes. The finished dessert should have the consistency of jelly.

Once this is done, switch to 150 degrees, sprinkle the cream with the remaining sugar and return to the oven until the surface is caramelized.

During this time, pour the oats with boiling water (leave for about 30 minutes). Then pour the milk and boil the porridge until fully cooked.

Add the raisins, salt and sugar to taste and distribute in suitable plates. Sprinkle with honey crumbs and serve with creme brulee.

Enjoy your meal!
