Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/4 tsp Sol
  • 110 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 tsp mixture of fresh milk and cream

For the stuffing:

  • 1/2 tsp oatmeal
  • 1 tsp water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Sol
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 300 ml of honey
  • 4 sec. l. oil
  • 1 tsp crushed walnuts

Method of preparation:

Mix the flour, salt, honey and stir. Put the butter in pieces and grind with your hands to get large bran. Beat the egg and the milk-cream mixture. Try making a dough, if it is too dry, add more milk. Glue a ball, wrap in foil and leave in the fridge for 2 hours or preferably overnight. Remove the dough 30 minutes before rolling out. Sprinkle the surface with flour and roll out. Place in a round shape, form an edge at the end, folding the mixture. Put in the fridge and deal with the stuffing.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Boil the oats in water. Beat the resulting mash in a blender on the lowest setting. Put the eggs (make sure the mixture is not hot, because they will cross), add sugar, salt, vinegar, honey, melted butter. Do not stop stirring to the same degree until you get a uniform consistency.

Remove the base from the refrigerator, pour the filling over it, sprinkle with crushed walnuts. Place in a preheated oven, after 15 minutes reduce the temperature to 175 degrees and bake for another 25-35 minutes. If the filling starts to darken a lot, cover with foil and return to the oven.

Leave to simmer and submit.

Enjoy your meal
