Necessary products:

 

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 3/4 tea cups of almond milk
  • 1/4 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • juice of half a lemon

 

Method of preparation:

 

Warm the milk and soak the chia seeds. Add honey and lemon juice. In a bowl put the oats, poppy seeds and pour the milk mixture. Stir, sprinkle with lemon zest and serve. Enjoy!
