How To Cook Oatmeal With Pumpkin, Raisins And Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :

200-250 grams pumpkin
1 teaspoon oatmeal
2.5 teaspoons water
1 handful of raisins (you can not add)
1 handful of walnuts
2 teaspoons honey

 

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into medium-sized cubes. Put them in a saucepan, fill with water and cook until semi-finished.

Then add a cup of oatmeal and let the mixture boil. Reduce the heat to low and let the porridge cook for 7-8 minutes. Stir periodically, so that the pumpkin will be crushed and turned into a puree.

If you are going to use raisins, wash them and add them to the other products. Stir and let everything boil for another 2-3 minutes.

Close the finished porridge with a lid and let it stand for a while.

Then divide into two bowls / plates, sweeten with 1 teaspoon of honey and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
