Finely chop the belly and fry it in hot fat. Add the chopped sausage, green onions, garlic. Season with cumin, oregano, lemon juice, salt, pepper, stir and add rice, chickpeas and potatoes.
After heating the mixture pour the broth, stir and pour everything into a pan. Drizzle with beaten eggs, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven.
After 30 minutes, remove the dish, cool, distribute portions and serve the casserole warm, garnished with chopped fresh spices or boiled eggs.
