Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of boiled beef belly
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 3/4 tea cup boiled rice
  • 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1 sausage or chorizo
  • 1 sliced ​​boiled potato
  • 150 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 50 grams of finely chopped green onions
  • 3 beaten eggs with a pinch of salt
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons chicken or beef broth
  • salt and pepper
  • a pinch of dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • a pinch of ground cumin

 

Method of preparation:

 

Finely chop the belly and fry it in hot fat. Add the chopped sausage, green onions, garlic. Season with cumin, oregano, lemon juice, salt, pepper, stir and add rice, chickpeas and potatoes.
