How To Cook Old Bread Pudding With Bacon And Green Onions - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of stale bread
250 grams of bacon
4 eggs
link green onions
500 milliliters of milk
salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the bacon into small pieces, fry them and drain the fat.


Fry finely chopped green onions in it.


In a separate bowl, mix the eggs with the milk, then add the onions and season to taste.


In this combination, put the bread that you have previously cut into small cubes. Leave it to stand for about an hour so that it can absorb the liquid.


Cover the bottom and walls of the appropriate shape with parchment and spread half of the mixture, and on it - the bacon.


Follow the remaining bread and cover with foil.


Place in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake the pudding for about an hour.
Serve chilled.
