Required products :

1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds
6 strips of lemon peel
4 dried bay leaves
350 grams of olives (different types)
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon hot red pepper

Method of preparation :

Roast the fennel seeds in a dry pan until they release their aroma - for about 3 minutes. Add the lemon, bay leaf, olives, olive oil and pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes until the products are warm.

Serve the olives immediately.
