Required products :

  • 6 slices of rye bread (Borodino)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 210 grams of melted cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 36 green olives

 

press for small sweet nuts (halves)


Method of preparation :

Grate the rye bread, beat the eggs into crumbs, pour in the oil and make a dough.

Distribute it in the greased cells of a press for small sweet nuts (of course, you can use other shapes of your choice) and bake for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Allow the "walnut shells" to cool, during which time prepare the filling.
