How To Cook Omelet Cake With Tomatoes, Dill And Yellow Cheese Cream - Recipe

Required products :

For omelettes

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cream (can be sour, can be liquid cooking)
  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 3 teaspoons planed yellow cheese

Additives:

  • connection dill
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce or ketchup

For the yellow cheese cream:

  • 2 sweet peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 green onion stalks


Method of preparation :

First bake 3 omelets. Beat the eggs, gradually add the cream, flour and grated cheese.

Divide the mixture into 3 parts. Add ketchup to one, combine the second with chopped dill, and leave the third without additives.

Bake three omelets under the lid. They will be colorful, which will make the "cake" interesting and colorful. Take them out in separate plates and leave to cool.

Meanwhile, make the cream.

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces. Add the chopped tomatoes, removing the liquid flesh beforehand. Grate the yellow cheese and pour it over the vegetables together with the mayonnaise. Add salt if necessary.

It's time to shape the cake.

Put the red omelette in a suitable flat dish / tray, spread it with half of the cream, then the omelet with dill (it will be green), spread it with the rest of the yellow cheese mass and put the egg batter without additives (yellow) on top.

Garnish with green onions and tomato pieces and put the interesting cake in the fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.

It is good to cover the dish with a bowl or lid so that it does not dry out.
