How To Cook Omelet In Bread With Mushrooms And Smoked Sausage - Recipe

Required products :

  • onion
  • 2 loaves of sesame
  • 50 grams of mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 50 grams of smoked sausage
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons cooking cream
  • sol


Method of preparation :

Peel and cut the onion into small cubes. Cut the mushrooms as well, but first wipe them with a damp cloth (do not wash them).

Pour the oil into a pan, heat and fry the onion in it. Once golden, add the mushrooms and simmer for five minutes, stirring. Next is the tomato puree and two minutes later remove the pan from the heat.

Allow the filling to cool slightly. Cut the smoked sausage into thin strips and pour over the mushrooms and onions.

Cut off the top of the two loaves and carefully scoop out the inside with a teaspoon, being careful not to damage the walls.

Spread sour cream on the inside of the bread bowls.

Beat the cooking cream together with the eggs and season according to your taste preferences.

Distribute the filling evenly in the two loaves and pour over the cream-egg combination.

Bake the dish until golden brown (this can be done both in the oven and in a pan or use a microwave).

Before serving, you can sprinkle with grated favorite cheese / yellow cheese, and in addition to serve a salad of fresh cucumbers and tomatoes.
