How To Cook Omelet Of Cheese And Tomatoes (without Eggs) - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of soft cheese of your choice (can be white brined, feta, mozzarella or other)
  • 5 tablespoons liquid cream
  • 20 grams of melted butter
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 grams of black Himalayan salt
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • fresh parsley for decoration

 

Method of preparation :

Washed tomatoes cut into circles. Crush the cheese.

Heat the butter in a pan and then add the turmeric. After 10 seconds, add the tomato rings and fry them on both sides until golden brown.

Next, pour the cheese with the liquid cream and mix well.

Close the pan with a lid and after 5 minutes of simmering over medium heat you can serve the finished omelette served with a decoration of fresh parsley and vegetable garnish.
